A U.S. government official delivered the following presentation at the first annual International Conference on GNSS+ (ICG+2016), organized by the International Association of Chinese Professionals in Global Positioning Systems (CPGPS) in Shanghai, China, July 27-30, 2016. The presenter spoke during Session 1 (BDS/GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO Systems) and co-chaired Session 2 (Space and Ground Augmentation).
