Keith McPherson

This individual is a former member of the National Space-Based PNT Advisory Board. The following information has not been updated since his/her service ended.

McPherson serves as Manager GNSS, Airservices Australia. From 1999-2006, he served as Manager GNSS, Airservices Australia. He has received numerous military and civilian awards, including the Australian Defence Force Service Medal and the U.S. Air Force Meritorious Service Medal for C-27A, A-10 and MC-130H GPS integration programs.

In 2007, he received the Australia Day Achievement Medallion for contribution at an international level to the research and testing of Global Navigation Satellite Systems.

McPherson is a member of many GNSS-related panels and committees. He co-authored the military GPS agreement between the U.S. and Australia. McPherson is responsible for future development of GNSS applications for aviation in Australia
