Who is delivering your package?

FedEx gets its address information from its own database. If you're having an issue with FedEx delivering to the wrong place, you'll need to contact FedEx customer support.

UPS gets its address information from its own database. If you're having an issue with FedEx delivering to the wrong place, you'll need to contact UPS customer support.

The United States Postal Service gets its address information from both Google Maps and Apple Maps. You'll have to change it in both services.

To fix your USPS delivery address

  1. Open the Google Maps app.
  2. Search for the address you want to fix.
  3. Tap Suggest an Edit and then Fix an Address.
  4. Move the map to the center of the building.
  5. Enter the address information.
  6. Tap Submit.
  7. Open the Apple Maps app.
  8. Tap the location you want to change.
  9. Tap Edit Details.
  10. Tap Refine Location on the Map.
  11. Move the pin to the correct location.
  12. Tap Done.
