- Take Metro to Federal Triangle station.

- Walk straight down ramp in food court to reach glass doors of tunnel entrance and enter there.
- Show ID, go through x-ray screening, and sign in at guard desk.
- Call the NCO at x2-5809 to have someone escort you upstairs. State that you are at the tunnel entrance.
Metro: Red Line

- Take Metro to Metro Center station.

- Turn right (west) and walk to 14th St., passing City Hall.
